I had a hankering for some Mulatu Astatqé. Dang me if it didn't become an Ethiopian smorgasbord. It hits the spot when you're in the mood for something that you didn't know that you were in the mood for. Foreign. Exotic. Cool. Here's a mix and a handful of of songs. Eat up.

Have you listened to Either orchestra? More beautiful than death is the record where to start from.
Nice blog! Keep with the good work.
Thanks so much for the tip and the nice words. Now I'm on the hunt.
Why is it that right when I'm getting ready to throw in the towel some stranger says something nice? Stick around Nowhere Man, we need more like you.
A fighter doesn't throw in the towel, Tom, that's the Corner's job. And as your Cornermen we ain't throwin' nuthin!.. Now put yer guard up an' git back in there! Rumble, Old Man - Rumble!
E,
There's a story that John Fogerty loves to tell about Creedence playing Woodstock. As relative newcomers on the bill with a bunch of rock veterans, Creedence was playing in the middle of the night. When he looked out, all he could see was darkness. After a song finished and the crowd was nearly silent, he thought that they had all gone to sleep. Then way in the back he heard someone yell "We're with you John!!" and for the rest of the set, he played for "that guy".
Dude, you're my cornerman and "that guy". Thanks again for your words of encouragement!
Haha, Yeah; "We're with you Tom!!". And come to think of it, I used to have a license as a boxing judge about twenty years back. Better than a cornerman, Tom; I'm ringside, scoring every round in your favor.
