PARTY IN THE TRANSPORTER ROOM

Henry Rollins (Black Flag), Todd Rundgren, Ben Folds, Elliot Easton (Cars), Artimus Pyle (Lynyrd Skynyrd), Iggy Pop and Brad Paisley. That's just a partial list of the musicians that have played on records by William Shatner. It's like this massive in-joke shared by all of the people who consume his, er, music. The fact is, it is music and in most cases good music. So, is it the guilty pleasure factor? The tongue in cheekiness? Novelty? You decide.

It’s….. uh….. not….. bad actually! There’s something very Johnny Cash in his style, particularly late Johnny Cash, but it works so well with the brilliant musicians he performs with! Felix Navidad had me in stitches, as did I can’t get behind that, but he was always speaking some big time truths in that song too haha! It’s definitely tongue in cheek, but also a bit of novelty as well haha. Thanks for the share! Merry Christmas Tom!!
